Welcome to Cansua Group. By accessing our website, using our services, or signing service contracts with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
1. Scope of Services
Cansua Group provides professional online marketing, custom website design, search engine optimization (SEO), reputation/review management, secure green hosting, and business consulting services. We also design and coordinate solar energy system installations and whole-house/under-sink water filtration systems. All service details are formally outlined in individual statements of work.
2. Web Development and Hosting
Websites custom-built by Cansua Group remain under client ownership upon receipt of final project payments. Hostings provided by Cansua Group are secure, highly optimized environments. Clients are expected to maintain valid content and must not engage in server resource abuse, spamming, copyright infringement, or malicious coding activities on our servers. Violation of server security policies results in immediate suspension.
3. Solar and Water Installations
All installation contracts are subject to local permitting, engineering review, and individual project agreements. Warranties on solar panels, battery backup systems, and water filtration equipment are handled directly via manufacturer guidelines and detailed in project execution agreements.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
While we configure advanced security layers (sanitization, RLS, firewalls), web environments are subject to evolution. Cansua Group is not liable for data loss due to client password leaks or external third-party integrations. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5. Termination and Billing
Subscription services (hosting, review management, maintenance contracts) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding balances must be cleared upon termination.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
